Easy purple slaw Add to ...

  • Servings: 4


1 lime juiced

2 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

2 cups shredded red cabbage

2 carrots julienned

1 green onion, thinly sliced

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)


In a small bowl, mix lime juice, sugar and salt. Combine vegetables in a shallow dish and pour dressing over top. Mix very well. Toss in cilantro if using and pack in a container for travel. Enjoy on its own and as a garnish for brisket arepas.
