This marinade can be used for a variety of meat but works particularly nicely with pork.

Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients

1/2 small red onion

½ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh thyme

3 cloves garlic

Method

Add all ingredients to blender and combine until mixed.

Add meat and marinade to a sealable plastic bag and leave in the fridge for a few hours, turning at least during the marinating time.
