Left-Coast Spritz (ISI premix version)

Don't be intimidated if you don't have an ISI charger – it can also be made with soda.

Ingredients

8 ounces chilled white wine

4 ounces chilled Lillet blanc

6 ounces chilled Aperol

8 ounces cold filtered water

Method

Combine ingredients into a 1L soda canister and dispense one Co2 charge. The mixture works best if it is allowed to sit for a couple hours before use. Keep cold at all times. To serve, dispense 5 ounces of the mixture over a few cubes into a white wine glass and finish it with a twist of orange peel.
