Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Add to ...

My taste testers loved this delicious vitamin C-rich smoothie! One serving of this smoothie contains more than twice the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. It’s also a great source of vitamin K, a nutrient that helps maintain strong bones.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup 100-per-cent pure mango juice

½ cup low-fat (1 per cent MF or less) plain yogurt

2 kiwifruit, peeled

4 ice cubes, optional

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If you are making this to enjoy later in the day, chill until serving.
