1 ounce Bombay Sapphire Gin

1 ounce St. Germain Lychee Liqueur

A squeeze of lime juice

A dash of bitters

First, place a teaspoon of raw sugar, one egg white and six red seedless grapes into a shaker tin, muddle and then dry shake for 15 seconds to make grape meringue.
