4 cups pureed watermelon, seeds removed
1 cup sugar
1 tsp gelatin
1/4 cup vodka
Comgine all ingredients and let stand for 1/2 hour to permit gelatin to set. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. If ice cream maker is not available, freeze in unsectioned ice cube tray and stir with fork each time it becomes slushly, to break up ice crystals and give some texture, until reatively smooth. Allow to harden.
