An ale brewed in the "saison" Belgian farmhouse style, this is frothy and invigorating, with forward spice and licorice notes on top of citrus and subtle grassy hops and earthy yeast. The finish is refreshingly dry. Another winner from Unibroue and a fine brew for easing into the warmer months; $6.60 in Saskatchewan, $5.70 in Manitoba.
