Dry, tart and refreshing. If you’re a fan of the bracing Australian way with riesling, as am I, then this is your kind of juice. Bright lime and lemon characters mix with crisp, slightly underripe peach (did I say bracing?) and a stone-dust quality more in line with the Mosel.
