A blend of 80-per-cent roussanne, the great and still underappreciated white Rhône grape, with 10-per-cent grenache blanc and 10-per-cent ugni blanc. Medium-bodied and smooth, with lifted floral and pink-bubble-gum aromatics on mouthwatering stone fruit, pear and subtle pineapple flavours. Great buy in an offbeat white. Available in Ontario.
