Dental hygienists, beware. This is one inky-dark cuvée, a sworn Enemy of Enamel. And that more than hints at the flavour. It's concentrated and fleshy on the palate, creamy in the middle yet with a chalky-tannic backbone, with a medley of blueberry, blackberry, chocolate and aromatic spices. Well-priced, and well-suited for medium-rare red meats, from the oven or hot off the grill. Available in Ontario.
