What a treat. Full-bodied, round and silky, this sublimely balanced white offers ripe pineapple, peach, citrus, cold butter and vanilla characters, with fresh acidity on the harmonious finish. Expertly crafted, it was mainly aged in stainless steel for freshness, with 20 per cent of the juice matured in French oak for three months to add rounded mellowness.
