Medium-bodied, dry and exuberantly fruity, this is a polished, fresh muscat without the saccharine simplicity of so many New World or Italian "moscatos" that are capturing a growing share of the white-wine market nowadays. Classically Alsatian, it's silky in texture and brimming with white-table-grape and floral characters. Pair it with Indian curries or serve it as an aperitif on a warm summer's evening.
