1 tspn Dijon mustard
5 sprigs rosemary
3 cloves garlic
1 tspn coarse black pepper
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Place ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Spread the marinade over the meat and allow to marinade for 15 to 20 minutes.
Season with salt and cook over medium to medium high heat for approximately 6 to 8 minutes per side depending how you would like it done.
Recommended cook temperature is medium to medium-well.
