Is your back dying for a massage? All you need is a tennis ball.
GET YOUR BACK UP: 1. Stand with your upper back against the tennis ball, with the ball against the wall. Press your body into it so you feel a gentle massage. 2. Move your body up and down so that the ball massages your entire back. Take as long as you need. When you feel a tender spot, hold and breathe into it for 10 seconds.
