1. Start standing, legs wider than hip distance apart. Rotate your legs and feet so your toes and knees face out, making sure your knees line up with your middle toes. 2. Lower your body so that your bum moves toward the ground. Pause when your bum is in line with your hips. Lift your heels off the ground and hold for five seconds. 3. Keep your heels lifted while slowly standing up. When your legs are straight, balance for five seconds before lowering your heels to the ground. Repeat 15 times.
