A two-step exercise to help fix hip pain
Stand with your right knee lifted. Keeping your left foot, knee and hip stable, rotate your right knee out to the side. Your right thigh bone should feel like it is making a big circle within your right hip socket.
Step forward by lowering your right foot in front of you, then repeat the exercise with your left leg. Do six repetitions.
