Keep the li’l guy or girl entertained in a highchair while you work your inner thighs, bum and calves
1. Stand in front of the highchair, legs considerably wider than hip distance, thighs and toes turned out. 2. Keep your core engaged and back straight as you lower yourself toward the floor, until your bum is roughly in line with your knees. Then lift up onto your toes. 3.
