1. Start in a standing position. 2. Round forward and place your hands on the floor. 3. Walk your hands forward until you are in a plank. Make sure your hips are in line with your shoulders and your core is engaged. 4. Hold for five seconds, then begin to walk your feet forward. Push your heels toward the floor and push your hips up into the air as you move. If you can’t keep your heels down, stop moving and hold the stretch for five seconds. Then return to plank position. Repeat for 10 steps.
