Don’t just let them sit there. If you can’t make it to the gym, grab a couple of cans from the kitchen and pump some tin.

1. Start holding one can in each hand. Make a W with your body and arms, and engage your core.

2. Without arching your lower back, press the cans over your head into a Y. Instead of just letting your arms drop, try to resist gravity. Repeat 10 times.

3. On your last repetition, straighten your arms out in front of you at shoulder height. Alternate bringing one arm backward. Your arm should stay parallel to the ground the entire time. Do six to 20 reps.
