Put away the groceries, put in a workout: a win-win situation

1. Grab a can of food in your right hand. Start with your right arm straight over your head, right elbow next to your right ear. 2. Don’t let anything from your elbow to your shoulder move as you bend at the elbow and bring the can down toward your upper back. Use your triceps muscles (the back of the upper arm) to straighten your arm and bring it back to starting position. Do 10 to 15 reps, then switch arms.Carrie Cockburn/The Globe and Mail
