Are you sick? Stay home. The first few days of a cold or flu are the most infectious.

If you must put work before health, wash your hands frequently through the day and especially after blowing your nose.

If your employer has chained you to the desk, hand sanitizer is an acceptable alternative.

Droplets from a cough or sneeze are known to travel as far as two metres, so cover up– but with the crook of your elbow and not your hand.

Please, just stay home.
