Ottawa high school student Rachel Alexander was planning her third suicide attempt last year when she realized she needed help. Rachel had experienced symptoms of depression and anxiety for years but didn't tell anyone. She looked to her mother for help - who took her daughter to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
