The Agent’s Take: “This one is quite unique because it’s a four-bedroom home with covered parking for two cars at Yonge and St. Clair and it’s been renovated, so this is very hard to find,” agent Boris Kholodov said. “Most homes are three-bedroom homes and they’re not renovated to the extent this one is.”
For instance, the sellers invested in style and substance. “The main floor was opened up and the layout changed to allow for a more free-flow of space,” Mr. Kholodov added. “A main floor powder room was also added, the kitchen was redone and there was extensive work to make the basement more functional, as well as significant upgrades upstairs.”
