The Agent’s Take: “The house is typical of that era, but by today’s standard it’s viewed as being small,” says agent JoAnne Gludish, who notes this drew in mostly first-time buyers.
“But it’s cute and clean in a nice neighbourhood close to transportation – public transportation as well as highways – and good shopping.”
For buyers with ambition, the house can easily be personalized. “People are rediscovering those old neighbourhoods and gentrifying it by expanding [houses] out, up and at the back,” Ms. Gludish adds.
