This one had many special features. “The owner did a fair amount of restoration work, so the floors, a lot of the trims and plaster mouldings were brought back to original form, so it was pretty impeccable that way,” Mr. Alvarez states.
“What drew people to this one, is that it had a private drive; a rare 30-foot frontage; and an old horse stable at the back could possibly be converted into a studio space or coach house.”
