The Agent’s Take: “The location is in prime Bloor West Village,” says agent Harman Atkins. “It’s on one of the neighbourhood’s more desirable streets.”
The property’s condition was also a major factor behind the multiple-offer situation.
“Aside from the kitchen, the house was completely updated and renovated,” Mr. Atkin states. “In the current market, for homes that are reasonably priced and show very well, [a bidding war] is the norm.”
