What They Got: On one of the upper floors of a luxury high-rise, this 512-square-foot suite has a modern design with the bedroom and living and dining area situated against walls of windows and sliding balcony doors.

By the unit’s entrance are open cooking quarters with stainless steel appliances, an island and track lights.

To keep things orderly, there is a single bathroom and laundry machines, as well as a locker and parking.

Monthly fees of $314 are distributed for water and heating costs, 24-hour concierge and recreational facilities.

The Agent’s Take: “The amenities here, for a large complex, are everything you’d expect, from a dog washing station, racquet and squash courts, huge gym and pools to a recreation director and multiple concierges and security,” says agent Ira Jelinek. “They even have a shuttle service that will take you to Bayview Village.”

This particular unit has the essentials and some distinguishing traits. “They had lacquer cabinetry … and this extended to the kitchen island, so there was no room for a dining room table, but it was one thing that was a lot different, which some people loved,” Mr. Jelinek adds.

“This building was the farthest apart from the rest of the complex, so [this unit’s] view in particular was clear, so you weren’t looking at a courtyard, driveway or anything like that.”
