It wasn't a bad deal for the Taiwanese purchaser, considering the Inform furniture in the suite is valued at $27,000, says listing agent Paul Albrighton.

The Agent's Take: "The majority of the showing activity was between mid-April until the sale date on May 29," Mr. Albrighton said. "My other listings had a similar trend, where the market seemed to become busier toward the end of April." Sales have picked up significantly since mid-May, he says.
