“This house is very much a Toronto house with finishings that are attractive to most local buyers that appreciate good quality.”

Like the home’s size and style, the outdoor space is standard for the area. “It’s a very versatile lot because it’s a normal rectangle [shape] and it’s flat,” Mr. Kholodov notes.

“Most buyers … like a lot that is large enough to accommodate a swimming pool if they decide to put one in.”
