The Action: Late last year, the Bellagio residence by the Rosedale Ravine had many units listed for sale, including this two-bedroom plus den corner suite. So it took a small price reduction and more than a dozen private tours before a visitor was compelled to negotiate a deal.

The Agent’s Take: “The Bellagio has great facilities – and they're actually redoing and updating all the facilities – and 24-hour security and visitor parking,” says agent Elli Davis. “It has easy access to the Bloor/Sherbourne subway and … Bloor Street shops.”
This unit also had everything buyers expected in the popular high-rise. “It has a nice ravine view and a balcony,” adds Ms. Davis. “The buyer was actually in the building who upgraded to this larger suite and I ended up selling theirs, which was smaller.”
