LISTING AGENTS Holly Wood and Christine Louw, Re/Max Crest Realty West Side

The Action: The spectacular view was a big selling point

for this downtown condo. And, although it sold under asking,

it did better than a comparable unit in the same building – a 27th floor southwest-facing

unit with an asking price of $519,000 that sold recently for $525,600.

What They Got: The seller is the original owner, who purchased it in 1999. The north-facing unit overlooks Coal Harbour, which is better than the noisy Georgia Street side of the building.

It’s a two-bedroom unit with den, large rooms, high ceilings and building amenities that include a parking space, storage locker, 80-foot lap pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, two party rooms, library room, two guest suites, 24-hour concierge and on-site manager.

The Agent’s Take: “This unit is perfect for a couple or couple with child. It’s perfect for anyone,” says agent Holly Wood. “It’s a beautiful layout with good bedroom separation.” But the scene outside was probably the condo’s biggest asset. “The view was stellar,” says Ms. Wood.

Editor's Note: The original print and online versions of this story included photos of another unit in the same building. This online version has been corrected.
