The condition of this property was also highly admirable. “It had great lofty ceiling heights on the main floor and good room proportions, so it was a nice 2 1/2-storey family home,” Mr. Crigger states.
“It’s been really well cared for and cosmetically it was a great opportunity for someone to personalize.”
