The Agent’s Take: “What’s unique about it is that it’s a five-minute walk to the Kennedy subway station and a 10-minute walk to the Midland GO train,” says agent Ken Priestman. “It’s a sought-after area, especially for people who don’t have a second car, or any car for that matter.”
This property’s dimensions were also quite desirable compared to the standard 40-by-110-foot variety. “The lot was much bigger than a typical lot in that neighbourhood and the footprint of the bungalow was also much bigger,” Mr. Priestman adds. “Most bungalows are about 900 or 1,000 square feet, this was about 1,300 square feet, so all the rooms were bigger.”
