The Agent’s Take: “It’s a very unique development in that it has underground parking,” says agent Ed Allan. “Markland Woods has a lot of bigger homes, so a lot of people who buy in that area are basically downsizing. This particular [buyer] is actually upsizing, moving out of their parents’ house.”

This townhouse was also well located in Etobicoke. “There are excellent schools, it’s very close to a big shopping centre and there is a TTC bus that takes you to Islington subway,” Mr. Allan adds.

“Also, you’re very close to Centennial Park recreation area and Etobicoke Olympium where they do all the training … for the Olympic swimmers.”
