LISTING AGENT Ira Jelinek, Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd.

The Action: Down the street from St. Andrew's Playground in the Fashion District, the building at 32 Camden St. had a couple of suites for sale, but none the size of this two-bedroom-plus-den unit late last year. As a result, it was picked up quickly by one of the first dozen buyers who took an in-person tour.

What They Got: On the 10th floor of a relatively new mid-rise, this 1,154-square-foot suite has a modern two-bedroom-plus-den plan with an open principal room with cooking quarters along one side, walls of south- and east-facing windows and sliding doors to a 147-square-foot balcony.

To carry out daily routines, there are two full bathrooms and laundry facilities.

A locker and parking for the unit, which owes $683 monthly for use of water, heating, rooftop deck, fitness, media and party rooms.

The Agent's Take: "This unit is pretty large and special because it's 1,154 square feet," agent Ira Jelinek says. "They don't build units like that any more. If they're building a two-bedroom-plus-den, you'll be lucky to get 1,000 square feet."

Buyers also felt connected with their surroundings there.

"It had a lot of windows because it was a corner unit and a nice wrap-around balcony, so that was appealing," he notes.

"[Plus] people like being in that area, which is the Yorkville of the younger generation with restaurants and clubs," Mr. Jelinek adds.
