Canadian rap superstar Drake has sold his luxury condo in Toronto, according to blog reports.

The 3,600-sq.ft, 22nd-floor suite at the posh 1 St. Thomas St. high-rise designed by U.S. architect Robert Stern was listed for $3.895-million and sold this week for $3.75-million. The suite has its own private elevator and two outdoor terraces that add another 500 sq. ft. of living space.

Interior photos show a restrained but masculine decor, with a padded bedroom ceiling and bachelor-brown couches.

Drake is reported to have sold his Miami apartment last year. That apartment, comprising two adjacent units, sold for $2.5-million (U.S.).

Agent Leslie Wallender Lyons of Royal LePage/Johnston & Daniel Division had the Toronto sale.
