THE AGENT’S TAKE: “It was quite a good size house with four bedrooms upstairs, which is a good thing for a lot of people,” says agent Judith Adamick, who cites three bedrooms as the norm. “It had a nice large, sunny backyard on a 50-foot lot, which is really handy.”
