As for the allure of this suite, it offers a great deal of space and privacy. “[The buyers]did not see a lot of resales before buying this unit, but they had gone to a number of new developments which did not offer the same square footage for the money,” Ms. Moore explains.
“Also, many of the units face west which is facing onto busy Yonge Street and this particular unit faces east and is quiet and private.”
