The Agent’s Take: “That was a two-storey, loft-style suite with huge sets of window banks. Most suites in that building are more typical single-level condo apartments,” says agent Harman Atkins. “It was very tastefully decorated as well.”
No doubt, buyers were also drawn to new local restaurants, bars and shops popping up on the former brownfield site. “In the last five years, [Liberty Village]has become one of the west end’s true, urban lifestyle neighbourhoods,” says Mr. Atkins. “It’s a really good example of successful, urban reclamation.”
