Professional staging wasn’t even necessary to show off this suite’s assets. “The unit has a good layout – it’s about 1,000 square feet – it overlooked the courtyard and its more open-concept than other two-plus ones that were available, so it gave you the feel of more space,” Mr. Freeman said.
“[The sellers] upgraded their kitchen, their appliances and their floors and they had a private balcony, whereas some had a shared balcony with a glass division between them.”
