"You cannot get any closer to waterfront than these townhomes with the lake as your backyard, and with the rooftop patio and great layout it was a really quick sale."
Few owners also give up larger units with private rooftops like this one. "People loved it, it was a big selling feature," says Ms. Lawton.
"It's a house alternative in the downtown core, which is tough to find in that price range."
