The unit was relisted at $299,000 and almost immediately, listing agent Keith Roy received two offers and sold it for close to asking.

What They Got: The 15-year-old building is in the heart of Kitsilano, surrounded by beaches and shopping on West 4th Avenue, with easy access to the University of British Columbia and downtown.

The 500-square-foot unit is on the back of the building and features granite counter tops and floor-to-ceiling windows. The unit also comes with a parking space.

The Agent’s Take: “One-bedroom condos with ensuite laundry are hard to find in Kitsilano under $300,000,” realtor Keith Roy said. “This apartment was smaller than most, but it’s centrally located, eight blocks from the beach and just a few minutes from downtown. The buyer liked the refinished floors, gas fireplace and the ability to rent the apartment.”
