The Action: In a more-than-30-year-old high-rise on the waterfront, next to Harbour Square Park and the ferry terminal, it can take a couple of months to sell most units, but this two-bedroom suite was the exception. The Agent’s Take: “Although this is not a new building, it was built during the years when quality was most important and that’s very evident,” agent Boris Kholodov said. “This was in move-in condition, which made it attractive to most purchasers who don’t want to do any repairs or renovations before moving in.”

But the proximity to water – in all its forms – was the real highlight. “It also has spectacular, unobstructed views of Lake Ontario and Toronto Islands,” Mr. Kholodov added. “[Plus, the pool] is very attractive to many buyers.”
