DAYS ON THE MARKET Two

LISTING AGENTS Cameron Weir and Scott Hanton, Keller Williams Advantage Realty

The Action: About 15 buyers moved fast to squeeze in private tours of this one-bedroom unit in the popular Radio City residence. By the second day, there was an offer, but the sellers only accepted it after the buyer agreed to the full asking price.

What They Got: About seven years ago, the site once home to the Canadian Broadcasting Corp.'s headquarters was redeveloped into a two-tower community with modern condominiums like this roughly 600-square-foot unit.

Nine-foot ceilings, walls of windows and sliding balcony doors give the illusion of a larger master suite and combined living and dining area.

Wet zones include a galley-style kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, as well as a four-piece bathroom and laundry machines.

The owner has access to a parking spot, shared gym and party room, all maintained by monthly fees of $410.

The Agent's Take: "The owner was very meticulous, so he made sure it shined and everyone thought it was pristine," says agent Cameron Weir. "It had a few more upgrades to it with built-in wall units, and it had clean lines and a really nice layout … that was very bright and functional."

Busy bachelors were also drawn to this particular high-rise. "It's very safe, secure, well managed and it's in a pretty good location," Mr. Weir notes. "The nice thing now is that you have the Maple Leaf Gardens centre open with a Loblaws, LCBO and all the good stuff."
