The Agent’s Take: “What was awesome about it was that there was a window in the kitchen, which is rare … and on the 35th floor with the lake [views], it was pretty spectacular,” Mr. Jelinek said.
“And it was a split-floor plan, so you’ve got the living/dining area in the middle and two bedrooms on either side.” The building’s attributes also scored high with the buyers. “[They] got a great unit on the 35th floor of a classy building with great amenities and concierge, and it was right downtown,” Mr. Jelinek said.
