The Agent’s Take: “Many people came to see the house because there was potential for a second unit,” says agent Anil Khera, who notes income properties as a common fixture in the area. “The location is really fantastic. A lot of people can do without a car in the neigbourhood because they can walk to everything.”
Buyers were also pleased by the home’s condition. “The electrical and plumbing was updated, it had 2.5-bathrooms and the basement was finished, which were all really good selling features,” Mr. Khera states.
“It has lots of character with some original wood trim and wood floors, which were in great shape, and nice pine stairs.”
