Furthermore, buyers liked the idea of being close to lively shops and restaurants, but also tucked away on a short side street. “It has two-car parking, which is also a bit unique, and it’s also the last house on a dead-end street, so it’s very quiet,” Ms. Brown adds. “And it’s right beside a chocolate factory, so the smell was amazing all the time.”
