The Action: Agents Irene Kaushansky and Philip Brown scoured neighbourhoods surrounding the University of Toronto to find potential properties in move-in-condition for their clients. Losing a few bidding wars on other homes prompted them to make a strong offer on this two-storey townhouse in the Trinity-Bellwoods community.
