The Action: Between public open houses and private appointments, about 30 parties visited this updated brick townhouse. Only two units were listed earlier this year, so this unit fielded two strong offers.

The fresh appearance of this townhouse had buyers especially happy. “Units rarely come available and this particular one was in very good condition,” Ms. Moore adds. “There was a unit sold at about the same time as ours, but it was not in as good condition and a different plan and sold for considerably less – $635,000.”
