“There are many one bedroom units available downtown, but when you are looking for one with views, 15 to 30 floors and higher, they become rare, especially under $450,000,” he adds. “Any home well priced at market value will end up selling fast, and homes overpriced are still attracting lots of showings, but they usually end up with a price reduction over time, or not selling.”

What They Got

The unit, inside the glass and concrete Milano tower, has 180-degree views of the Northshore mountains, English Bay and False Creek. The Action

Downtown Vancouver, with a population of around 80,000, is changing fast, with plans for increased density in the next two years. There are several condo projects, including Maddox, Salt, The Rolston, The Mark and 999 Seymour, that will add approximately 1,000 new homes. And more projects slated to follow.
